  El texto discute la relación entre niños, telenoticiero y media education. Al examinar cómo los niños aproprian las mensajes transmitidas por el telenoticiero, subraya cómo el punto de vista de la recepción hace un diálogo con la producción, y cual es el papel de la mediación educativa en esta interación. Discutir las noticias que los niños ven en los diferentes contextos socioculturales, llama a la reflexión sobre la cuestión de la éticaestética e la problematización de la clasificación indicativa y de la autorregulación a partir de los derechos de protección, provisión y participación en la perspectiva de la media education.

  The article discusses the relationship between children, television news and media education. By examining how the appropriation of new children the messages transmitted by the television news, the text emphasizes how the point of view of reception makes a dialogue with the production, which is the educational role of mediation in this interaction. Discuss the news that children watch in different cultural contexts, calls for reflection on the question of ethics, aesthetics and the indicative classification and self-regulation considering the human rights about media: protection, provision and participation in perspective of the media education.
