  Emirerri andalustarraren IX. mendeko testuinguru soziopolitikoa aztertzeko orduan, historiografia tradizionalak azpimarratu zuen mālikī eskola juridikoak Iberiar Penintsulan izandako presentzia. Dena den, azkenaldian gauzatzen ari den iturri idatzien berrirakurketak paradigma historiografiko horri ekarpen nabariak egiteko aukera eskaini du.   When the socio-political context of the Andalusian emirate in 9th century is analysed, the traditional historiography emphasizes the presence of the mālikī juridical school in the Iberian Peninsula. However, lately the rereading of the written sources is making possible the appearance of important contributions to this historiographic paradigm. The article will explain the new interpretation, after showing the old one.
