Luego revisa de qué manera recibe los Derechos Sociales este Constitucionalismo Latinoamericano, tanto en sus concepciones generales como en las garantías presentes en las respectivas Cartas Fundamentales.

The author briefl y explains what is meant by New Latin American Constitutionalism in the context of the evolution of global constitutionalism, confined to the constitutional movement that was embodied in the constitutions of Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia. Then look at how Social Rights receives the New Latin American Constitutionalism, both in its general conceptions as in the express warranty in the respective constitutions.
