Resumen de Labio Hendido: Corrección Quirúrgica Reporte de un caso

  Hace aproximadamente quinientos años comenzó el tratamiento quirúrgico del labio hendido con diseños sencillos en las técnicas, las cuales traían como consecuencia que en la cicatrización estaba presente la retracción y deformación del labio en forma de silbido. Con el transcurrir del tiempo fueron apareciendo métodos hechos por diferentes cirujanos cuyos diseños comenzaron a dividir la incisión en segmentos, para compensar la retracción. Presentamos una compilación y comentarios de algunos de ellos.

  Approximately five hundred years ago the surgical treatment of the cleft lip with simple designs in the techniques began, reason why during the scaring was present retraction and deformation of the lip in whistle form the laps of time there were methods done by different surgeons whose designs began to divide the incision in segments appearing, to compensate the retraction. We present a compilation and comments of some of them.
