Resumen de El gènere Hypnum a l'Espanya peninsular

  Després de revisar el material d'herbari del gènere Hypnum hem pogut comprovar que a l'Espanya peninsular han estat trobades nou espècies d'aquest gènere. Hypnum cupressiforme Hedw. és l'espècie més abundant en nombre de mostres, la trobem repartida en cinc varietats: var. cupressiforme, var. filiforme Brid. , var. lacunosum Brid. , var. resupinatum (Tayl. ) Schimp. i var. subjulaceum Mol. Les tres primeres tenen una Amplia distribució a tota la Península, la var. resupinatum queda restringida a les comunitats cintabra i asturiana, mentre que la var. subjulaceum només ha estat trobada al Prepirineu. Exclusives de zones pirenaiques i prepirenaiques són H. lindbergii Mitt. , H. callichroum Brid. , H. recurvatum (Lindb. et Arn. ) Kindb. i H. revolutum (Mitt. ) Lindb. Respecte a H. pallescens (Hedw. ) P. Beauv. només tenim constància d'una mostra de Los Ancares de León. Les restants, H. andoi A. J. E. Smith, H. jutlandicum Holmen et Warncke i H. vaucheri Lesq. estan ben representades a tota la meitat septentrional de la Peninsula. S'ha confeccionat una clau per a la determinació d'aquestes espècies i les seves varietats. H. hamulosum B. , S. & G. i H. imponens Hedw. , tot i que han quedat eliminades del checklist d’Espanya, apareixen a la clau perquè estan citades als Pirineus francesos i considerem molt probable que puguin ésser trobades en un futur al nostre territori.

  A revision of genus Hypnum from Spanish herbaria, recognizes nine species found in the Peninsular Spain. The highest number of sarnples belongs to Hypnum cupressiforme Hedw. , which is distributed in five varieties: var. cupressiforme, var. filiforme Brid. , var. lacunosum Brid. , var. resupinat~tm (Tayl. ) Schimp. and var. subjulaceum Mol. H. cupressiforme var. resupinatum has only been found in the North; var. subjulaceum is only reported from Pre-Pyrenees; the rest of the varieties are widely spread all over the Peninsula. H. lindbergii Mitt. , H. callichroum Brid. , H. recurvatum (Lindb. et Arn. ) Kindb. and H. revolutum (Mitt. ) Lindb. are restricted to the Pyrenees. In relation to H. pallescens (Hedw. ) P. Beauv. , there is only one record from the Ancares de Leon. H. andoi A. J. E. Smith, H. jutlandicum Holmen et Warncke and H. vauckeri Lesq. are well represented in the Northern half of the Peninsula. An identification key with all these taxa is provided. Although H. hamulosum B. , S. & G. and H. imponens Hedw. have been removed from the Spanish checklist, they appear in the key because of are reported from the French Pyrenees and it is probable that we will find them in Spain in the future.
