En el presente artículo el autor analiza en función de la nueva normativa que legalizará el juego en Brasil, la pauta y la medida actual de los condicionantes con los que se encuentra el desarrollo del juego online en Iberoamérica y las perspectivas que este tiene en el momento actual a la espera de los grandes acontecimientos deportivos que ocurrirán este año en el continente americano.

In this article the author analyzes based on the new legislation to legalize gambling in Brazil, the pattern and the current extent of the conditions with which is the development of online gambling in Latin America and the prospects that this has at the moment current waiting for major sporting events that will occur this year in the Americas.
