    Los Fueros de Aragón de 1247 son el primer texto legislativo extenso aplicable al conjunto del reino de Aragón. Esta colección tiene cerca de 350 artículos, redactados a partir de diferentes fuentes documentales. Sin embargo, algunas de estas fuentes son actualmente desconocidas, por lo que casi 90 artículos están por identificar. En este trabajo se demuestra que 26 de estos artículos, fueron redactados o se inspiraron en fragmentos del texto del Fuero de Estella de 1164, de modo que el número de fueros con origen desconocido queda significativamente reducido.

    The Fueros de Aragón from 1247, are the first extensive piece of legislation applied to the entire Kingdom of Aragon. This collection has near 350 articles and they were written from different historical documentary sources. However, some of these sources are currently unknown, meaning that up to 90 of the articles remain unidentified. This research has demonstrated that 26 of these articles have been written or inspired from texts fragments found in the Fuero of Estella from 1164, therefore, the number of fueros with an unknown origin is reduced significantly.
