    El trabajo analiza los diferentes ámbitos de presencia de la música en las catedrales, ya sea en el caso de la música generada por y para la catedral, como de aquella que encuentra su marco entre los muros del templo, pero sin guardar una relación directa con la propia actividad musical de la capilla catedralicia. Se consideran los diversos espacios de interés musical en las catedrales, en una perspectiva abierta e interdisciplinar. Finaliza el texto con dos apéndices: el primero de ellos, acerca de los ámbitos posibles para la investigación musical en las catedrales, y el segundo, a manera de guía de los fondos de interés musical que pueden consultarse en los archivos capitulares

    The work analyzes the different scopes of presence of music in the cathedrals, or in the case of the music generated by and for the cathedral, like of which it finds his frame between the walls of the temple, but without having a direct relation with the own musical activity from the cathedral chapel. The diverse spaces of musical interest in the cathedrals are considered, in an open and interdisciplinary perspective.
