Resumen de Sustancias nocivas y clima motivacional en relación a la práctica de actividad física

  Adolescence is a critical period regarding the acquisition of healthy habits at the expense of harmful behaviors, so this study is to analyze the motivational climate made physical activity, consumption of alcohol and snuff, and establish the relationships between variables. They involved 2,134 students aged between 15 and 18 years (M = 15.93 years), which allowed the registration and evaluation of variables Snuff consumption (FTND), Drinking (AUDIT) and Motivational Climate (PMCQS- 2).

  The results showed that most teens are not smoking, and only a third of them consumed alcohol; the girls drink alcohol moderately compared to boys, who do excessively. Regarding the motivational climate, students are more oriented toward the task to the ego, the women getting higher figures in the ego climate, reversing the climate data in the task. Alcohol intake is related to the consumption of snuff; teens that use snuff and / or alcohol are oriented to the ego, while those who do not consume, are more oriented toward the task.

  La adolescencia es un periodo crítico en cuanto a la adquisición de hábitos saludables en detrimento de las conductas asociadas al consumo de sustancias nocivas, por ello el presente estudio tiene como objetivo conocer el clima motivacional de los adolescentes hacía la actividad física, el consumo de alcohol y tabaco, y establecer las relaciones existentes entre las variables.

  Participaron 2.134 estudiantes de edades comprendidas entre los 15 y los 18 años (M=15,93 años), lo que permitió el registro y evaluación de las variables Consumo de Tabaco (FTND), Consumo de Alcohol (AUDIT) y Clima Motivacional (PMCQS-2). Los resultados mostraron que la mayoría de los adolescentes no son fumadores, y únicamente un tercio de ellos consumía alcohol; las chicas consumen alcohol de forma moderada, frente a los chicos, que lo hacen de forma excesiva. En cuanto al clima motivacional, los alumnos se orientan más hacia la tarea que hacia el ego, obteniendo las féminas cifras superiores en el clima ego, invirtiéndose los datos en el clima tarea. La ingesta de alcohol está relacionada con el consumo de tabaco; los adolescentes que consumen tabaco y/o alcohol se orientan al ego, mientras que los que no consumen, se orientan más hacia la tarea.
