Resumen de El respeto a las voluntades anticipadas en derecho civil aragonés

Una cuestión de indudable actualidad es la referente a los diversos instrumentos que articula el Derecho para proteger la voluntad anticipada de la persona para el caso de que en un futuro no pueda tomar decisiones por sí ni gestionar sus asuntos personales ni patrimoniales. Ciertamente, esta materia no es singular del Derecho civil aragonés y ni siquiera del Derecho español. Sin embargo, su regulación en Derecho civil aragonés presenta unos caracteres singulares, en coherencia con la amplitud con que se configura en el mismo el principio de autonomía de la voluntad, hasta el punto de ser uno de sus principios inspiradores (el principio standum est chartae).

A question of today is the reference to the various instruments that articulates the right to protect the will advance for the event that in the future can�t make decisions for themselves or manage their personal or economic affairs. Certainly, this area is not unique in the Aragonese Civil Law and even the Spanish Law. However, its regulation in Aragonese Civil Law presents some unique characters, in consistency with the amplitude with which is set in the same the principle of autonomy of the will, to the point of being one of its guiding principles (the principle standum est chartae).
