With their arrival at the Iberian Peninsula, the romans create a new situation that transforms and enriches the vast and rich hispanic territory and the numerous and diverse peoples that inhabit it. Once conquered, Hispania integrates into the Roman Empire, its natural resources are exploited on a large scale and the conquered peoples assume the language, laws, new political and administrative order, institutions, new urban model and the new roman way of life.
