Dans ce numéro exceptionnel consacré à la sécurité juridique en matière fiscale, les auteurs dénoncent trois risques : la trop grande instabilité de la loi fiscale, un systerne de garantie insuffisarnment individualisé dans les rapports entre l'administration et le contribuable, une appréciation inexacte des moyens de lutter contre la fraude fiscale.

This is a special issue dedicated to legal certainty in tax matters.
The authors have identified three risks: the excessive instability of the tax law, a system of guarantees that is not sufficiently personalized in terms of the relationship between tax payer and administration, and an imprecise appreciation of the means available to combat tax fraud.
