Identidad y vínculos erótico-afectivos serodiscordantes entre varones de la ciudad de México

    Los objetivos de este trabajo son describir y analizar los cambios que se han suscitado en los procesos de construcción sociocultural de diez vínculos erótico-afectivos serodiscordantes (donde un miembro vive con VIH y el otro no) entre varones de la ciudad de México. Se rescata la relación de las trasformaciones de sus representaciones sociales sobre el padecimiento, con sus prácticas sexuales e identidades performativas o vivencias homoeróticas serodiscordantes. Para lograr lo anterior, se aplicaron entrevistas en profundidad a estos varones, quienes fueron reclutados con la técnica "bola de nieve", para rescatar de manera retrospectiva cómo han sido estos procesos. Las entrevistas fueron codificadas con el programa Atlas.ti 5.0 y analizadas bajo el esquema de la "teoría fundamentada". Así, este texto presenta las complejidades inmersas en la apropiación por parte de estos varones de la abyección que por sus prácticas sexuales les ha sido impuesta, así como en las de la configuración de sus experiencias homoeróticas serodiscordantes.

    The objectives of this paper are to describe and to analyze the changes involved in the sociocultural construction in 10 serodiscordant relationships (when an individual lives with HIV and his partner does not) among men who live in Mexico City. It is rescued the relation between the transformations in their social representations about HIV/AIDS, their sexual practices and the performativity of their identities or serodiscordant homoerotic experiences. To accomplish this goal, there were applied to the informants -which were recruited with the "snowball technique" - interviews in depth, to figure out in a retrospective way, how they have experienced those processes. The interviews were codified with Atlas.ti 5.0 software and analyzed under the grounded theory schema. Therefore, this text shows the complexities involved in both the appropriation of the abjection as well as in the configuration of their serodiscordant homoerotic experiences.
