    El trabajo trata sobre la dicotomía entre hechos y valores. Se defiende la tesis de que los valores existen como posibilidades de evaluación positiva. Tales posibilidades no son hechos objetivos científicos, pero tampoco son hechos meramente subjetivos. Los valores existen de modo subjuntivo. También es subjuntivo su peculiar tipo de objetividad. Y podemos acceder epistémicamente a los valores porque, más allá de nuestro acceso epistémico a los hechos del mundo, también somos sensibles a dichas posibilidades. Mis argumentos seguirán algunas ideas de Eduardo Rabossi.

    The paper is about the dichotomy between facts and values. It is defended the thesis that values exist as possibilities of positive valuation.

    Those possibilities are not objective facts of a scientific kind, but they are not mere subjective facts either. Values exist in the subjunctive mode. Their peculiar sort of objectivity also is displayed in the subjunctive mode. And we can have epistemic access to values because far away our epistemic access to the actual facts of the world, we are sensitive to those possibilities.

    My arguments will follow some ideas of Eduardo Rabossi.
