    El ser humano, creado a imagen y semejanza del más grande Creador, es ingeniero por naturaleza y ésto constituye parte vital de su herencia. La creación como acto dinámico promueve y vitaliza la relación que el ser humano mantiene con la naturaleza y en general con el mundo en el cual habita. He aquí la verdadera misión del hombre como co-creador. La ingeniería, lejos de ser una herramienta para que el hombre ejerza su dominio y su ilusa superioridad sobre el entorno natural, es un don que le ha sido heredado para servir solidariamente como instrumento responsable deco-creación en la obra magnifica que desarrolla Dios con sus hijos en el mundo.

    The human being, created as an image and resemblance from the almighty creator himself, is a natural born engineer, and this constitutes a vital part of his heritage. The creation as a dynamic action promotes and vitalizes the relationship that the human being keeps with the nature and in general with the world he lives in. This is the true mission of men as a co-creator. Engineering, beyond being a tool for man to dominate and to be up above his natural surrounding environment, is a gift that has been given to serve with solidarity as a responsible instrument in the co-creation of the wonderful masterpiece God develops with his sons in the world.
