  • Resumen
    • Developing business strategies that allow family businesses (independenly from the sector they belong) to remain in the market, conclude their objectives and integrate to a business world in constant evolution is a priority, but its operations complexity and problematic dont allow to establish standardized formulas to evaluate the factors that are involved in their daily life and ensure their long term projections. This studys main objective is to identify the development and implementation of strategies to remain, how are projected and get financing in the face of the current financial problems. The study is descriptive with non experimental transversal design since data was collected at one single moment in its natural context, through interviews with the family businesses leaders. The results show a small number of strategies to remain in the market and problems to reach financing for short term activities, adding also the founder partners little interest in developing a strategic management as a reflection of their personal leadership style.
