Resumen de Kosovo, un año después de su autoproclamada independencia

Ha transcurrido un año de la autoproclamada independencia de Kosovo. Las contradicciones políticas y jurídicas que el nacimiento del nuevo Estado generó en la comunidad internacional ya se han digerido (aunque no resuelto) y el debate sobre la legalidad de su independencia espera el pronunciamiento de la Corte Internacional de Justicia. Este artículo tiene por objeto analizar la realidad de un Estado Kosovar que se presenta como jurídicamente discutible, socialmente inestable, económicamente inviable e internacionalmente tutelado y financiado. Y junto a esto, las consecuencias que de esta realidad se pueden derivar para la zona y para el propio Kosovo a corto y medio plazo.

It has been a year since Kosovo self-proclaimed its independence. The political and legal contradictions that the new State generated in the international community have been assimilated (but not solved) and the debate about the legality of its independence waits for the decision of the International Court of Justice. This article studies the reality of Kosovo as a legally debatable, socially instable, economically unviable and internationally financed and under Trusteeship State. A long with this, are also studied the consequences that from this reality can derive to the zone and to the own Kosovo in the short and long term.
