    • The convergence taking place among contents, communications and computers, three phenomena that were until very recently separate, are changing the way people think and act not only in the business world but also in their private lives. The speed of change, the technology available and their communication networks allow them to receive information ideas, a claim, and images from the other side of the world in a matter of minutes. In the new situation, the old managerial energy of capital and work has been substituted by information and knowledge. In this context the capacity of identifying, inventorying and providing knowledge to professionals has become the main competitive advantage for both companies and people. E-learning is becoming recognized as one of those tools that are fundamental in determining success or failure in organizations. Taking action today means taking advantage of the opportunity.
