    • The goal of this article is to raise the issue of the need for companies to adapt their business strategies to new information and communications technologies (Internet, wireless, etc.). The excesses and rashness of some and skepticism of others should not prevent people from carrying out a thorough analysis of the opportunities provided by these technologies, as well as the possibility of incorporating new service ideas through those that provide added business value.
