    The article if dedicates to the analysis of the process of insertion in the legal system of the European Union and in the legislation in criminal substance of some between the main European States, of norrns foreseeing the criminalization of the international terrorism and of behaviors to this connected. In the same way, it examines the possible origin of the criminologic teses that have based such insertions.

     O artigo se dedica à análise do processo de inserção no ordenamento jurídico da União Européia e na legislação em matéria penal de alguns entre os principais Estados europeus, de normas prevendo a criminalização do terrorismo internacional e de condutas a este conexas. Da mesma forma, examina a possível origem das teses criminológicas que têm fundamentado tais inserções.
