    Este artículo analiza la estructura y operatividad de las normas constitucionales, en su consideración como principios jurídicos. En primer lugar, procederé con la reseña histórica acerca de la aparición de los principios jurídicos en la teoría del Derecho, dando entrada a la elaboración de las teorías post-positivistas con nuevos modelos teóricos con los que dar cuenta de los principios como fuentes de obligaciones jurídicas. En segundo lugar, partiendo de Manuel Atienza y Juan Ruíz Manero, expondré una posible clasificación de los principios jurídicos y su análisis estructural y funcional. En tercer lugar, examinaré los caracteres inherentes a los principios se presentan en la normativa constitucional. Por último, haré una breve anotación acerca de cómo interpretar y resolver conflictos entre los principios constitucionales.

    This paper analyzes the structure and operability of the constitutional norms, in their consideration such as legal principles. First, proceed with the historical review on the appearance of legal principles in the theory of law, giving entrance to the development of the post-positivist theories with new theoretical models that account for the principles as sources of legal obligations. Second, starting from Manuel Atienza and Juan Ruiz Manero. I will discuss a possible classification of the legal principles, and I will address its structural and functional analysis. Third, I will examine the inherent characters of the principles presented in constitutional norms. Finally, I will make a brief note about how to interpret and resolve conflicts between constitutional principles
