Resumen de Sociedad civil y control del poder: una jurisdicción constitucional para Cuba

Este artículo parte de analizar brevemente el término sociedad civil, su relación con el Estado, y la importancia del control del poder estatal por parte de esta, refiriéndose especialmente al caso particular de Cuba. Además realiza un análisis crítico de la regulación jurídica cubana del poder negativo indirecto, aportando elementos que contribuyen a perfeccionar el control que debe tener la sociedad civil sobre el Estado. Por último, partiendo de la importancia de la responsabilidad estatal, se propone una forma de instrumentarla en el sistema político cubano.

This article departs from analyzing briefly the term civil society, his relation with the State, and the importance of the control of state-owned power for part of this, It´s referred specially to the particular case of Cuba. Besides the Cuban of negative indirect power, contributing element that they contribute to make the control that the civil society on the State must have accomplishes a critical analysis of the juridical regulation. Finally, splitting of the importance of state-owned responsibility, a form is proposed of orchestrating it in the political system Cuban.
