Resumen de La Correcta Técnica de Lactancia Materna: Experiencia SERUMS en un Caserío Mestizo y una Comunidad Nativa de la Selva.

  Objetivo: Mejorar la Técnica de Lactancia Materna en las mujeres del Caserío Mestizo Bella Flor y Comunidad Nativa Caimito. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio de Intervención Educativa tipo Sesión Educativa (Antes y Después) en las mujeres en edad fértil. Se utilizó material didáctico (trípticos, rotafolios y material audiovisual); además, de un taller participativo. Obtención evidencia fotográfica para evaluar la correcta técnica de Lactancia Materna, incidiendo en los lazos de apego y relación de intimidad entre madres e hijos. Resultados: Se obtuvo la participación voluntaria en el Caserío Bella Flor del 64,7% y en la Comunidad Nativa Caimito 55,6% de mujeres en edad fértil. Se evidencia un conocimiento incorrecto y erróneo sobre la Técnica de Lactancia Materna en el 100% de las mujeres que participaron de ambas poblaciones. Conclusión: Aumento del conocimiento sobre la Técnica Correcta de Lactancia Materna en las mujeres de la Comunidad Nativa Caimito y del Caserío Bella Flor (antes y después de la Sesión). Además, se observa un mayor grado de compromiso, paciencia por parte de las madres hacía con sus hijos, se evidencia un mayor interés, lazo de apego y relación de intimidad entre madres e hijos durante el periodo de lactancia.

  Objetive: To improve the technique of breastfeeding in women of the hamlet Mestizo "Bella Flor" and Native Community "Caimito". Materials and Methods: A Study of Educational Intervention type educational session (before and after) in women of childbearing age. Used materials (leaflets, flipcharts, and audiovisual material); in addition, a participatory workshop. Obtaining photographic evidence to assess the correct technique of breastfeeding, by stressing the bonds of attachment and intimate relationship between mothers and children. Results: the voluntary participation in the hamlet beautiful flower of 64.7 % and in the native community Caimito 55.6 per cent of women of childbearing age. There is a incorrect knowledge and wrong on the technique of breastfeeding in 100% of the women who participated in both populations. Conclusion: Increasing the awareness of the correct technique of breastfeeding among women in the native community Caimito and Hamlet's Bella Flor (before and after the session). In addition, there is a greater degree of commitment; patience on the part of mothers toward their children, there is a greater interest, loop attachment and intimate relationship between mother and child during the period of lactation.
