  Se maneja, como tema central de estudio, la iconografía solar. El plan de trabajo contempla dos vías de investigación. La primera estudia la iconografía solar en el seno de diversas religiones agrarias, próximo orientales y occidentales. La segunda estudia la aplicación práctica de la dicha iconografía solar en la plástica, escultura, alto y bajo relieve, pintura, talla en madera. Finalmente se detallan, a través de diferentes muestras, pervivencias.

  This paper deals with the sun's iconography as its central topic of study. The work planning covers two ways of research. The first one studies the sun's iconography within several agrarian religions, both Near Eastern and Western. The second one studies the practical implementation of this sun's iconography in the plastic arts, sculpture, high and low reliefs, painting and carving. Finally are detailed, through different examples, survivals.
