En este trabajo se exponen y analizan algunos problemas de índole penal y criminológico, que se puede plantear tras la introducción dentro del sistema de consecuencias jurídicas del delito del Código Penal español de la libertad vigilada, también aplicable a imputables (art. 106 CP) como una nueva medida de seguridad complementaria y acumulativa a la pena privativa de libertad.

From a critical perspective, this study analyzes some penal and criminological questions that can pose after the incorporation inside the penal system of the Spanish Penal Code of the new security measures for parole, also applicable to chargeable offences (art. 106 PC), by the successive and cumulative number of freedom restricting sentences and security measures imposed.
