  El litigio es ahora algo común y el medio ambiente del deporte no está excluida. La ley afecta a todos los aspectos del deporte, si usted es un campeón olímpico, un árbitro de fútbol juego, fan de equipo especial, un constructor o vendedor de material deportivo o un entrenador del equipo. Muchas circunstancias se producen en el ámbito del deporte a través de la cual los administradores, entrenadores, árbitros, etcétera, pueden ser enredados en disputas legales sobre las conductas de sus funciones en el deporte. Con la carrera de árbitro en las competiciones deportivas y el papel efectivo de los mismos en el resultado de partidos que respecta a la importancia, la discusión acerca de los deberes de los árbitros, sus responsabilidades derivadas del incumplimiento de sus deberes, los factores necesarios para la imposición de responsabilidad a los mismos, así como los criterios de los árbitros estándar son importantes. En este artículo se pretende analizar los diferentes aspectos de la responsabilidad civil de los árbitros en las competiciones deportivas.

  Litigation is now a common occurrence and the sport environment is not excluded. The law affects all aspects of sport, whether you are an Olympic champion, a referee of a soccer game, a fan of special team, a constructor or seller of sports equipment, or a coach of team. Many circumstances do occur in the field of sports through which administrators, coaches, referees, et cetera, could be entangled in legal disputes on the conducts of their duties in sports. With of referee's career in the sport competitions and the effective role of them in the result of matches regards to the importance, discussion about the duties of referees, their responsibilities arising from breaching their duties, required factors for imposing liability to them, and the criteria of the standard referees are important. In this article, it is tried to analyze different aspects of civil liability of referees in the sport competitions.
