El control de Internet y la relación entre Internet y democracia son ideas que llevan examinándose desde hace varios años. Y si bien Internet no es una democracia, sí que es una clara herramienta de utilidad para la misma.
Dejando este debate a un lado, está emergiendo un concepto que alude a las relaciones online. Éste es el concepto de horizontalidad. Serán de destacar sus manifestaciones en el entorno online y cómo lo entiendan nativos e inmigrantes digitales en su extrapolación al entorno físico

The control of internet and its relation with democracy are issues which have been studying for several years. Even though Internet is not a democracy, it is a clear usefull instrument for it. Setting aside this debate, there is a concept which is currently arising and refers to relations online. This is the concept of horizontality. Its manifestations and the way by which the native and immigrant digital people understand it in its extrapolation to the physical world will be highlighted in the world online
