    Este artículo procura establecer los aportes de los discursos higienistas al tratamiento de las conductas escolares entre los años que median entre la oficialización de la primera ocupación militar estadounidense, el 1 de enero de 1899, y el triunfo de la revolución cubana en 1959. La estructura asumida responde a la delimitación contextual de tres momentos en el tratamiento pedagógico de las conductas escolares a partir de los referentes aportados por la ciencia higienista en sus diferentes tipologías: higiene física, higiene fisiológica e higiene mental.

    This article seeks to establish the contributions of hygienists speeches to treat behaviors among school years between the formalization of the first U.S. military occupation, on January 1, 1899, and the triumph of the Cuban revolution in 1959. The structure assumed meets the definition context of three moments in the pedagogical treatment of school behavior from the references provided by hygienist science in different types: physical hygiene, physiological hygiene and mental hygiene.

    Cet article veut établir les contributions des discours hygiénistes au traitement du comportement scolaire des années qui comprennent la première occupation militaire des États-Unis, le 1er janvier 1899, et le triomphe de la révolution cubaine en 1959. La structure assumée répond à la délimitation contextuelle de trois moments du traitement pédagogique du comportement scolaire à partir des références apportés par la science hygiéniste et ses typologies : hygiène physique, hygiène physiologique et hygiène mentale.
