    Con la denominación "globalización y autogestión" nos proponemos abordar la interacción de dos realidades extremadamente complejas y contradictorias. El proyectorealidad de la autogestión nos muestra sus nuevas relaciones laborales, su relación capital-trabajo y su reubicación dialéctica con el mercado. Del mundo dominador de la globalización resaltamos su carácter multidimensional, integral e histórico-estructural, haciendo referencia expresa a tres bases de la actual acumulación que inciden en nuestro objeto de estudio. En este contexto, la hipótesis fundamental de esta Ponencia expresa que el carácter autogestionario de estas unidades productivas y/o experiencias, encierra potencialidades para el desarrollo alternativo o para adecuarse con éxito a las exigencias y retos planteados por la actual globalización. Culminamos la Ponencia con reflexiones de orden más general que articulan la autogestión con cuestiones estratégicas como la promoción de la clase trabajadora, la defensa de los intereses populares y el diseño de sociedad y civilización.

    With the denomination "globalization and self-management" we set out to approach the interaction of two extremely complex and contradictory realities. The project-reality of the self-management shows its new labour relations to us, its relation capital-work and its dialectic relocation with the market. Against the dominating world of the globalization we stand out his multidimensional, integral and historical-structural character, alluding it expresses to three bases of the current accumulation that they affect in our object of study. In this context, the fundamental hypothesis of this Paper expresses that the character of the self management of these productive units and/or experiences, it shuts potentialities up for the alternative development or to be adapted successfully to the requirements and challenges raised by the current globalization. We reach the Paper with reflections of order more general that articulate the self-management with strategic questions as the promotion of the hard-working class, the defence of the popular interests and the design of society and civilization.
