    En este artículo se revisa el concepto de marco teórico en ciencia, para luego trasladar tal criterio al ámbito del derecho. Sin embargo; para hacerlo adecuadamente, se tuvo que determinar que existen tres formas de hacer investigación jurídica, cada una con sus propias formas de marcos teóricos.

    This article reviews the theoretical framework concept as it used in science with the purpose of translating it into the field of Law. In order to do that adequately, however, it had to be first determined that there are three ways of doing research in Law, each one having their own forms of theoretical frameworks.
