Resumen de Problema de formación de lotes de fabricación en un sistema de manufactura flexible: Heurística de selección de partes

  En el presente artículo se estudiará el problema de formar lotes compatibles de partes a fabricar dentro de un sistema de manufactura flexible, se supondrá que en un análisis anterior se determinaron las partes cuya fabricación en el sistema mostró viabilidad económica. Se describe de manera teórica la heurística de selección de partes y se complementará con la solución de un caso. Este artículo hace parte de los resultados de una investigación respecto al diseño de un laboratorio en sistemas de manufactura flexible que se realiza en la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de esta heurística son tomados como insumo por la heurística de carga en la que se busca una asignación específica de operaciones y herramientas a máquinas

  In this article we will examine the issue of forming lots of parties to manufacture within a flexible manufacturing system, it will be assumed that in an earlier analysis identified the parts manufactured in the system showed economic viability. It describes how theoretical heuristics for selecting parts and will be supplemented by the solution of a case. This article is part of the results of an investigation regarding the design of a laboratory in flexible manufacturing systems that are in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. The results of applying this heuristic are taken as input for the Load Heuristics, which seeks a specific allocation of operations to machines and tools
