    La apuesta de la Unión Europea por la cohesión territorial nos condiciona a poner en relación toda una serie de aspectos que estudiados conjuntamente nos ayuden a conocer mejor la realidad, en un momento de crisis. Nos referimos a la Planificación Urbanística tradicional y a la Planificación Estratégica tanto de ciudades como de territorios, sin olvidar, también, la Valoración Catastral por su interés en la ordenación territorial.

    European�s Union bet for territorial cohesion determines putting in relation several aspects, which analysed all together in a moment o crisis will help us for a better understanding of reality. We are referring to the traditional Urban Planning and to the Strategic Planning whether cities and territories, including Cadastral Valuation regarding its interest in Land Planning and Management.
