Resumen de ¿Hacia una federación global de naciones?

En la nueva circunstancia socio-política que la globalidad impone, la equívoca díada “estado-nación” ha mostrado ser errónea cuando naciones ancestrales, que han dejado de estar sojuzgadas por un control estatal férreo, recobran su identidad y su natural aspiración al autogobierno. Esa nueva expresión del sistema político mundial está ayuna de una estructura adecuada, porque la organización “interestatal” es insuficiente frente a los retos de hoy y, en esa perspectiva, la posibilidad teórica de una federación mundial de naciones resurge vigorosamente.
Este artículo retoma el tema, ya planteado por Kant, en términos de la actualidad “poscontemporánea”

Globalization, as a systemic phenomenon, has demonstrated the incapability of an international structure, based on the traditional way in which the states are unavoidable parts, to provide the essential basis for structural order and governance. On the contrary, upon the new circumstance the political systems experiment, many old nations has reborn once the coactive State action has ceased.
The global scenario is lack of an efficient political order and so called “nationstates” are incapables to provide it on new circumstances. So, as far as I think, it is unavoidable to recall the Kant’s proposal for a “global federation of nations”, which this article pretends to refresh in terms of actual political context.
