El artículo aborda la problemática carcelaria durante la Transición política, desvelando las relaciones e influencias que existieron entre el Grupo de Información sobre las Prisiones (GIP) y las organizaciones de reclusos españolas, el Colectivo Margen y la Coordinadora de Presos en Lucha (COPEL), como se demuestra en el paralelismo existente de sus publicaciones, entre el opúsculo francés Intolérable, el panfleto ¡Quiénes! y el libro Sobre la delincuencia.
