Sistema de inteligencia artificial como soporte a la toma de decisiones financieras en las sociedades de corretaje

    La investigación estuvo dirigida a determinar la incidencia de los sistemas de inteligencia artificial como soporte a la toma de decisiones financieras en las sociedades de corretaje que tienen su sede principal en Maracaibo, estado Zulia.

    La misma se efectuó bajo la modalidad de descriptiva, y transeccional descriptiva.

    Se trabajó con tres (3) gerentes de las sociedades de corretaje que tienen su sede principal en Maracaibo, los cuales conforman toda la población. En la investigación se aplicó un instrumento de recolección de datos dirigido a los gerentes, el cual posee dos partes, una correspondiente a la variable inteligencia artificial con trece (13) ítems, y la otra perteneciente a la variable toma de decisiones con veintitrés (23) ítems, con alternativas de respuestas dicotómicas para el primero y una escala Likert para el segundo. Se realizó la validez discriminante del instrumento, a través del coeficiente alpha de Cronbach. Mediante el análisis de los datos recabados del instrumento, se determinó que los gerentes de las sociedades de corretaje utilizan principalmente el análisis racional y los métodos estadísticos como soporte a la toma de decisiones financieras y que usan sólo un 50% los sistemas basados en Inteligencia Artificial. Sin embargo, todos los gerentes estuvieron de acuerdo en que los Sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial poseen atributos que representan ventajas con respecto a otros sistemas. A través de las pruebas realizadas con el software Matlab, se pudo constatar el soporte positivo que representan los sistemas de inteligencia artificial en las decisiones financieras para los gerentes de las sociedades de corretaje. Con base en los resultados obtenidos de la investigación, se establecieron los lineamientos estratégicos para el uso de los sistemas de inteligencia artificial como soporte a la toma de decisiones financieras en las sociedades de corretaje. Por lo cual se concluye que los sistemas de soporte a la toma de decisiones ayudan a sustentar las decisiones financieras en las sociedades de corretaje.

    This research was aimed to determine the influence of the artificial intelligence systems as supporters of making financial decisions in Corretaje companies which have their main office I Maracaibo, Zulia State. The methodology corresponded to a descriptive investigation under a descriptive and transactional design. Managers were tested Corretaje companies located in Maracaibo which is all the population.

    An instrument of data collection was designed and filled by the population. Which has two parts, one corresponding to the artificial intelligence with thirteen (13) items, and the other about financial decisions witch twenty three (23) items, with dycotomic answers for the fists and a likert scale for the second? The diseriminant value of the instrument it was made through the Crombach alpha coefficient. From the analysis and statistical methods for supporting their financial decisions. Just 50% of the population utilizes systems based on artificial intelligence. However, all the managers agree with the advantages of using the attributes artificial intelligence has, regarding other systems. The analysis also offered information about the characteristics that an artificial intelligence systems may have, such as, recommendations, in confirmed the positive support that an artificial intelligence systems offers in making financial decisions for this type of managers. Finally and taking into account the results gathered, strategic guidelines were established to use artificial intelligence systems as a support for making financial decision within Corretaje companies. For that it finish with the supported systems of the financial decisions which help to support them in Corretaje companies.
