  Las finanzas impartidas los últimos treinta años tienen un núcleo duro que ha permanecido bastante estable. Con todo, hay algunas importantes novedades que los ejecutivos deben conocer y que aquí se resumen. El esquema desarrollado puede resultar también interesante para los investigadores en finanzas o en áreas conexas. Una pregunta razonable es: ¿hacia dónde van las finanzas corporativas? El autor cree que no saldrán indemnes de la crisis de 2008, y que el alabado sistema anglosajón deberá escuchar a otros más presentes en Europa o Iberoamérica.

  Finance that has been taught the last thirty years has an important core that has remained quite stable. However, there are some important innovations that the businessmen should realize and here is a short description. The developed outline could also be useful for researchers in finance and in other related areas. A reasonable question is: where is corporate finance going? The author thinks that it will not be undamaged because of the crisis of 2008, and that the praised Anglo-Saxon system should look to other systems which have more presence in Europe and Latin America.
