Resumen de Infraestructuras y crecimiento económico: avances y retos actuales

En los últimos años las infraestructuras han experimentado cambios estructurales en su provisión y financiación que las han situado de nuevo en el centro de los debates económicos. El interés por determinar si estos cambios pueden afectar al crecimiento económico ha servido también para revisar qué se conoce sobre esta relación. Este trabajo ofrece una panorámica de las principales cuestiones tratadas en esta literatura y presta especial atención a los aspectos más novedosos incorporados a este análisis.

Azken urteotan, azpiegiturek egiturazko aldaketak izan dituzte zuzkiduran eta finantziazioan, eta horrek berriro ere jarri ditu ekonomia-eztabaiden erdigunean. Aldaketa horiek ekonomiaren hazkundeari eragin diezaioketen jakiteko nahia baliagarri izan da erlazio horri buruzko ezagutza berraztertzeko. Lan honek gaiari buruzko literaturan eztabaidatutako gai nagusien panoramika eskaintzen du, eta arreta berezia jartzen du analisi honek barne hartu dituen alderdi berrietan.

In recent years the infrastructures have undergone structural changes in their provision and financing, which have receded back into the middle of the economic debates. The interest in determining whether these changes can affect the economic growth has also served to review the understanding of this relationship. This paper provides an overview of the main issues addressed in these texts, paying particular attention to the novel aspects incorporated into this analysis.
