    En el presente trabajo se analiza dentro del marco general del derecho de amparo o tutela de los derechos fundamentales, la identificación y caracterización del recurso de protección, considerando críticamente diferentes dimensiones de su regulación normativa, como asimismo, de sus aspectos sustantivos en cuanto derecho a la jurisdicción y a un recurso rápido y expedito en la protección de los derechos fundamentales, como en diversos aspectos procedimentales del mismo, teniendo presente la jurisprudencia en la materia

    This present work analyses within the general frame work the right of protection of the fundamental rights, the identification and characterization of the constitutional rights considering critically different dimensions of the norm regulation, and also the substantial aspects as jurisdiction right and a fast and efficient constitutional rights in the protection of the fundamental rights as in different procedural aspects of the same having in mind or taking into account the jurisprudence in the matter
