La investigación que hemos ido desarrollando en torno a la sanidad valenciana del siglo XV nos ha aportado información relevante referida tanto al reino de Valencia como a otros estados de la Corona de Aragón. En ese contexto, este trabajo estudia unas licencias otorgadas por la autoridad real a judíos del reino de Aragón para el ejercicio de la medicina y la cirugía. Su desarrollo incluye el análisis del marco normativo y el contenido de dichas licencias.

The research carried out about XVth century Valencian health care sheds further light on the region of Valencia and the other states of the crown of Aragon. Within this very context, the paper looks into licences for the practice of medicine and surgery granted to the Jews by the royal authorities. Its development includes the analysis of the normative regulations as well as the content of these very licenses.
