El artículo contiene el marco teórico que fundamenta la creación, difusión y uso del conocimiento en la Red de Conocimiento e Innovación de la Maestría en Planifi cación y Gerencia de Ciencia y Tecnología (REMCYT) de la Facultad Experimental de Ciencias (FEC) en La Universidad del Zulia (LUZ), a fi n de sustentar su estrategia operativa. Se aplicó el método interpretativo, propuesto por Kockelmans (1975), para el análisis de contenido de referencias especializadas. Se determinó la gestión de capacidades innovativas, la difusión de innovaciones y el intercambio de bienes, información y conocimiento científi co y tecnológico a través de procesos de cooperación intra e interinstitucional, constituyen el soporte teórico que garantiza el éxito de la red, a través de socialización y la exteriorización del conocimiento que se genera en el postgrado al cual pertenece

THEORETICAL BASES FOR REMCYT�S OPERATIVE FUNCTIONING IN THE FEC-LUZ The article presents the theoretical frame that supports the creation, diffusion and use of knowledge in the Network of Knowledge and Innovation of the Masters in Planning and Management of Science and Technology (REMCYT) at the Experimental Faculty of Sciences (FEC) in the University of Zulia (LUZ), which sustains its operative strategy. The interpretative method proposed by Kockelmans (1975), was used for the content analysis of specialized references. One determined the management of innovative capacities, the diffusion of innovations and the interchange of goods, information and scientifi c and technological knowledge through processes of intra and interinstitutional cooperation that constitutes the theoretical support that the success of the network guarantees, through socialization and exteriorization of knowledge that is generated in the degree to which it belongs

BASES THÉORIQUES POUR LE FONCTIONNEMENT OPÉRATIONNEL DU REMCYT DANS LA FEC-LUZ Cet article contient le fondement theorique de la création, la diffusion et l�utilisation du Réseau de Connaissance et Innovation du Mastère en Planifi cation et Gestion en Science et Technologie (REMCYT) de la Faculté Expérimentale de Sciences (FEC) à l�Université du Zulia (LUZ). Pour l�analyse du contenu de références spécialisées on a appliqué la méthode interprétative proposée par Kockelmans (1975). Grâce aux processus de coopération intra et interinstitutionnelle qui constituent le support théorique qui garantit le succès du réseau, on a déterminé la gestion des capacités novatrices, la diffusion des innovations ainsi que l�échange des marchandises, de l�information et des connaissances scientifi ques et technologiques
