    El presente artículo tiene como propósito caracterizar el control de gestión estratégica que debe ser empleado en las organizaciones. Estableciendo un conjunto de elementos de análisis que justifican la necesidad de enfocar el control en función de la estrategia y la estructura, para una efectiva toma de decisiones. Razón por la cual, se realizó un recorrido teórico sobre aspectos relacionados con la gestión estratégica empresarial, control de gestión estratégica, indicadores de gestión, sistemas de control de gestión, cuadro de mando integral y las consideraciones finales relacionadas con el tema.

    The present article has as intention characterize the control of strategic management that it must be used in the organizations. Establishing a set of elements of analyses that justify the need to focus the control depending on the strategy and the structure, for an effective capture of decisions. Reason for which, a theoretical tour was realized on aspects related to the strategic managerial management, control of strategic management, indicators of management, systems of management control, picture of integral control and the final considerations related to the topic.
