La formación reflexiva del Practicum: Un eje de la articulación teoría-práctica

    El sentido del Practicum de observación debe ser la formación de hábitos reflexivos para el logro de una articulación teoría-práctica, fundamento de la formación de profesores. En este artículo se atenderá a tres cuestiones. En primer lugar, entender el Practicum como el ámbito curricular idóneo para la articulación teoría-practica y universidad- escuela, a través de la necesaria cooperación tutor universidad-tutor centro y alumno. En segundo lugar, qué son y qué implican los hábitos reflexivos. Y en tercer lugar, cómo entender la observación como medio para lograr dichos hábitos. El trasfondo de esta reflexión es plantear la necesidad de realizar periódicamente seminarios con profesores y alumnos para reflexionar y comprender mejor el sentido del Practicum con el objetivo de poder mejorarlo cada año, teniendo en cuenta que ha de suponer el eje de nuestra preocupación acerca de la formación inicial del profesorado

    The sense of the observational practica] training period has necessarily to be the development of reflective habits to achieve a dinamic interplay between theory and practice, which is the basis of teacher training. In this article, we will approach three issues. Firstly, we present the practica! training period as the suitable currículum field to articulate theory-practice and university-school, through the necessary cooperation between university tutor-school tutor and student. Secondly, we analize what "reflective habits" are and what they imply. Thirdly, we explain how to understand observation as a means to develop those habits. The background of this reflection is to bring up the need to perform periodical seminaries with teachers and students to reflect about, and to understand better the sense of the practica! training period with the aim of being able to make it better each year, taking into account that it has to be the main topic of our concern about future teachers, training.
