  Esta Nota trata de la relación de las mujeres con el primer constitucionalismo español. Se parte para ello de una mirada a la historiografía actual, para después hacer un recordatorio de los reglamentos y debates de las Cortes de cada período constitucional (1810-1814 y 1820-1823). Por último, se analizan las diferentes respuestas de las mujeres ante la discriminatoria legislación que implantó para ellas la Constitución de 1812

  This Note treats of the relation of the women with the first Spanish constitutionalism. We splits for it of a look to the current historiography, later to do a follow-up of the regulations and debates of the Spanish Parliament of every constitutional period (1810-1814 and 1820-1823). Finally, the different answers of the women are analyzed before the discriminatory legislation that implanted for them the Constitution of 1812
