Resumen de Exercise and Insulin Resistance in Youth

Gabriel Q. Shaibi, Christian K. Roberts, Michael I. Goran

A growing body of literature suggests that exercise may ameliorate insulin resistance and thus potentially reduce the long-term diabetes risk in overweight youth
