Estudio aquí una inscripción sobre un objeto metálico hallado en las excavaciones de Herrera de Pisuerga. Propongo que esa pieza corresponde al escudo de un jinete del ala Parthorum, y que la inscripción indica el nombre del soldado y el nombre del decurión bajo cuyas órdenes estaba el primero.

Study here an inscription on a metallic object found in the excavations of Herrera de Pisuerga. I propose that the piece corresponds to the shield of a horseman of the ala Parthorum, and that the inscription indicates the name of the soldier and the name of the decurio under whose orders was the former.
