Resumen de Crecimiento asiático y excluyente en Argentina

El objeto de este artículo es analizar las causas del muy elevado crecimiento de Argentina, estudiar la evolución de su balanza comercial, de sus inversiones, del empleo en todas sus formas, de los salarios y las rentas. La tesis sostenida en este artículo es que este "despegue económico" se ha hecho sobre la base de una distribución del ingreso especialmente desigual, heredada de la década anterior. Mientras que el Gobierno del Presidente Kirchner da la impresión de un cierto voluntarismo, en particular, por el congelamiento o al menos el control de una serie de precios, la política presupuestaria no rompe con los "cánones" de la ideología liberal. El presupuesto sigue siendo ridículamente bajo como porcentaje del PIB, ofreciendo pocos márgenes para una mejora de la salud, la educación, la ayuda a los más necesitados, de inversiones públicas significativas en las infraestructuras. Se comprende que a pesar del crecimiento, los gastos disten mucho de estar a la altura de las necesidades.

The object of this article is to analyze the causes of the very high growth of Argentina, to study the evolution of its trade balance, its investments, employment in all its forms, the wages and the incomes. The supported thesis in this article is that this "economic take-off" has been done on the basis of particularly unequal distribution of income, inherited from the previous decade. Whereas the government of President Kirchner give the impression of a certain voluntarism, in particular by the freezing or at least the control of a certain number of prices, the budget policy does not break with the "canons" of the liberal ideology. The budget remains ridiculously weak expressed as a percentage of GDP, giving few margins for an improvement of health, education, of the assistance to the deprived, important public investments in infrastructures.
