En el presente trabajo, realizado sobre un total de 30 embriones y 10 fetos humanos, los autores analizan la morfogénesis parotídea desde sus estadios iniciales. A través de las diferentes observaciones se registra su origen epitelial, la organización estructural característicamente glandular y las importantes relaciones que establece hasta alcanzar su ubicación definitiva al final del periodo fetal temprano.

In this paper, in which authors worked with 30 embryos and 10 human feta, they analyze the parotid morphogenesis from its initial stages. All through the different approaches, they determine its epithelial origin, glandular structure and the important connections established until it reaches its definitive location at the end of the early fetal period.
