En el artículo se afirma la necesidad de revitalizar el testimonio viviente de la tradición y de la cultura como son los monumentos histórico-artísticos. La integración y conservación de los monumentos y ambientes culturales en la vida social, confirman su futura existencia de acuerdo con los valores económicos y culturales del nuevo fenómeno turístico. El turismo cultural, nunca suficientemente analizado, ofrece grandes perspectivas para España por la gran riqueza y variedad de su patrimonio artístico.

In the fírst place it is pointed out how the integration and restoration of ártistic-historical buildíngs in the frame of social and economical Ufe of the countries is nowadays the object of talks and debates in international gatherings.
Considering the challange for its preservation that derives from the formidable demographic and industrial expansión the need is affirmed of revitalizing this lively testimony of tradition and culture.
The above mentioned end can be achieved through the integration of monuments and cultural monumental environments in the présent day social life actualizing their future existence in accordance with the economic and cultural valúes they purpot in front of tourism as a new occurence. Art tourism can be considered of greater importance than tourism under the sun because it has a higher level, its staggering and on account of representing a greater cultural standing.
This kind of tourism has not been sufficiently analysed up to now and notwithstanding offers large perspectives for Spain founded in the wealth and variety of its artistical patrimony.
Tourism should be directed and regulated by means of a coordinated Government action raising its status with an aim towards educational artistic purposes and acquainting us with the knowledge of our History as well ar our spiritual

Aprés avoir fait remarquer que l'intégration et la restauration des monuments historiques-artistiques dans la vie sociale et économique des pays est á présent un théme objet de débats et d'études dans les conférences internationales, étant donnée la menace que suppose pour leur conservation la grande expansión dé- mographique et l'industrialisation, on affirme la nécessité de revitaliser ce té- moignage vivant de la tradition et de la culture.
La mise á jour doit étre obtenue moyennant l'intégration des monuments et ensembles de monuments dans la vie sociale d'aujourd'hui, actualisant leur destinée en fonction de la valeur économique et culturelle qu'ils représentent devant le nouveau phénoméne touristique.
Le tourisme d'art peut étre consideré de plus grande importance que le tourisme de soleil, car il représente un tourisme de plus haut niveau, plus espacé dans le temps et de plus grande formation culturelle.
Ce tourisme d'art, qui n'a pas été suffisamment analysé jusqu'á présent, offre de grandes perspectives pour l'Espagne par la grande richesse et varíete de son patrimoine artistique.
Ce phénoméne touristique doit étre dirige et réglementé moyennant une action commune du Gouvernement, en élevant son niveau vers des buts éducatifs et artistiques et de connaissance de notre Histoire et de nos valeurs spirituelles.

Nach der Hervorhebung dass in dem geschichtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Leben der Lánder die Ergánzung und Wiederherstellung der geschichtlich-künstlerischen Denkmale eín Thema und Gegenstand des Meinungsaustausches und Studiums in internationalen Konferenzen geworden ist, in Anbetracht der Drohung, die tur seine Erhaltung die grosse demographische Ausdehnung und die Industrialisierung mit sich bringt, betont der Verfasser die Notwendigkeit das lebendige Zeugnis der Überlieferung und der kultur ins Leben zurückzukehren.
Dieses Wiederaufleben solí durch die Ergánzung der Denkmale und monumentaler Sammlungen innerhalb des gesellschaftlichen Lebens der Gegenwart erreicht werden. Es ist auch notwending seine Funktion in Anbetracht des wirtschaftlichen und kulturellen Wertes, den sie angesichts des neuen touristischen Phanomens verkbrpern, wiederaufzuleben.
Der künstlerische Fremdenverkehr kann mit mehr Bedeutung betrachtet werden ais der Scnne-Fremdenverkehr, denn es handelt sich um einen Fremdenverkehr grosserer Ebene, langfristigerer und grosserer kulturellen Ausbildung.
Dieser Kunst-Fremdenverkehr, bis jetzt noch nicht genügend analysiert, bietet grosse Perspektiven für Spanien angesichts des Reichtums und der Verschiedenheit seines künstlerischen Vermbgens an.
Dieses touristische Phanomen solí mittels einer gemeinsamen Tat der Regierung geleitet und geordnet werden. Es solí seis Niveau in Richtung auf erzieherische und künstlerische Ziele und auf die Erkenntnis unserer Geschichte und unserer geistigen Werten heben.
