    El objetivo de este artículo no es el de analizar la crisis del Estado del Bienestar Social en su dimensión global, sino, fundamentalmente, el de llevar a cabo dicho análisis desde la perspectiva de los servicios sociales. Pero éste se va a realizar desde la dimensión metodológica de la evaluación; se trata, en cualquier caso, de plantear, por una parte, la dimensión política de la evaluación y, por otra parte, el papel de la misma en el contexto de la mencionada crisis de los sistemas de protección social, contribuyendo a la racionalidad en la toma de decisiones en el momento de replantear la política a seguir y los programas y recursos a poner en marcha, a reconvertir o a dejar de realizar

    The object of this article is not to analysis the crisis of the State of Social Welfare in a global dimension, but, fundamentally, to realize this article from the perspective of social services. This analysis will be implemented from the methodological dimension of the evaluation; in any case the intention is to present, on the one hand, a political dimension of e evaluation, and on the other hand, the function of the same evaluation in the context of the mentioned crisis of the systems of social protection, contributing to the rationality of replanting the politics to be followed and the programmes and the resources to be used, to be reconverted o to be left aside
