    Este artículo tiene por objeto establecer la capacidad legal del Diplomado en Podología como Profesión Titulada Sanitaria para la prescripción de medicamentos o productos sanitarios mediante la expedición de la correspondiente receta.

    Igualmente, se propone un modelo de receta podológica con los datos básicos mínimos que se deben de hacer constar en la misma, así como evitar ambigüedades o equívocos que pudieran producirse con otras profesiones sanitarias, todo ello ajustado a la legislación vigente.

    This report aims to establish the legal capacity of the podiatry qualified person like a sanitary professional with a degree for the prescription of drugs or sanitary products by means of issue of the prescription.

    At the same time, a model of podiatric prescription with the minimum basic data that they must figure in it, is suggested; besides how to avoid ambiguities or equivocations that can arise with other sanitary professions, the whole thing is in accordance with the valid legislation
